I have to say…one thing about knitting that always amazes me is how many awesome people I meet. In my 5 years of knitting, I have so many people from different walks of life with various life experiences. People who willing to help you out, whether it is a knitting problem or a life problem.

I have to admit, I have had quite a lot going on in my life the last 6 or so months. Some of the situations I have found myself in are very much new to me. At times, I feel like I just need advice from someone who might have a more objective point of view. Lately, I’ve needed it quite a lot.

It must have been in the stars. Friday night I was hanging out with the ladies and Dr. Gemma (of CogKNITive) and Gigi (of The Knitmore Girls) walked in. I was talking about some of the stuff going on, and the advice these women had given me was perfectly timed.

So I just wanted to say thank you to Gemma and Gigi for making me feel so much better! I appreciate it more than you know!
