This reminds me of you…

Something happened recently and it really had me thinking. Thinking about how certain things can remind you of people. I had received an email from Stephanie of unwind saying that they had received some yarn and that a couple of the ladies in the shop were saying that I should take a look at it because it was “my color” and I was the first person that they thought of when they saw it. Now normally, when I knit, or buy yarn, I gravitate to colors that are darker…teals and purple. I was a little surprised when she said it was the perfect highlighter-like shade of acid green.

Of course, we knitters have, at some point, lifted a skein of yarn to someone else and commented on how it is *their color*.
So I started to think…and I can completely see acid green being “my color”. I even have a acid green sweater at home (even if it is a little faded). So I’m not sure why I didn’t think of it sooner.
